BOXING TRAINING

Boxing is the Elite workout anybody can get. It is a combination of high-level cardio and whole-body strength training. Unlike a typical cardio workout such as running or cycling, boxing works the entire body and is highly variable. On top of all the physical benefits, boxing is mentally empowering. It will release all negative energy, tensions and will keep your mind sharp.

50 Minute group class. Up to 8 people.

Interval-based workout focusing on using the boxing combinations on bags combined with body weight exercises.

🥊 Full body conditioning workout for people new to boxing or those who want a quick, intense sweat.

🥊 Ideal to work on power, technique, coordination and put together combos on the bags and the pads (with a trainer)

BOXING TECHNIQUE

60 Minute group class. Up to 6 people.

Class focus on precise aspects of the boxing technique to help you sharpen your tools: jab, counters, pivot, shuffle step...

Expect some Mitts training, light boxing partner drills, footwork drills, etc.

No hard physical contact, all levels welcome!

BOXING BOOTCAMP

Circuit Training

60 Minute group class. Up to 8 people.

When boxing meets circuit training. This class is an even mix of boxing on bags with resistance and weight training. Hit the bags, move and lift weights. No prior boxing experience required - difficulty intermediate.

🥊 Get more bang for your buck! 2 in 1 class, perfect for members who wish to box while getting a solid strength and conditioning session in!

TECHNICAL SPARRING

60 Minute group session. Up to 8 people.

If you're looking for a solid intro to sparring, this is the class for you. You will be go through technique drills, partner work and controlled sparring to prepare you for your first step in the ring. The class is kept small to ensure maximum safety, supervision and guidance from the trainers. Mandatory mouth-guard for safety, optional headgear.

🥊 Great class if you're looking to apply your boxing skills to fight situations and get instant feedback to keep progressing

🥊 Even though this isn't a full contact open sparring, expect some level of contact in this class. Prior boxing experience required
