In order to get a holistic training experience, we also supplement our training program with various fitness classes. The goal is to improve your fitness by building up a full range of physical adaptations such as power, stamina, speed, strength endurance, balance, coordination, agility and overall conditioning that every boxer needs.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

50 Minute group class. Up to 10 people.

This high energy class combines a variety of resistance based exercises from basic body weight stations (calisthenics, TRX, etc.), functional exercises and weight training to ensure a great fast paced, full body workout. The goal here is to work on your cardio, strength, stamina and get a good sweat! Class can be scaled depending on your fitness level - all levels welcome.

🏋️ Focus on elevating your heart rate through different modalities to achieve a high calorie burn and improve your cardiovascular fitness.

50 Minute group class. Up to 8 people.

This class is designed to develop your strength qualities with a focus on full body applications and a conditioning piece towards the end. We use controlled compound lifts and movements in the correct way and specific tempo to ensure proper muscular growth. The goal is to increase strength, power and overall well rounded athletic performance. There are no prerequisite to join and the class can be scaled and modified to challenge all levels.

🏋️ Focus on a key lift (major muscle group), accessory and core work using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and more.

🏋️‍♀️ Build a solid strength base from the core to the extremities through several compound movements that will enhance your general physical preparedness.
